Hey, sorry for ghostin' you on the bus. Nothin' personal, ya just... caught me at a bad time. [ he does at least look appropriately sheepish about it! ] Uh, how're ya holdin' up?

[smol feisty girl is here!! she's washed and changed as well, all flowing silk robes and fastening a very expensive looking hairpin in her hair when she notices majima]

Not breathing stale air is nice, but possible impending murderous situation isn't looking great.

[sometime after majima encounters lili at the director's office, he will probably catch her on another warpath, walking very very very quickly through the village

wow i wonder where she's going

given that her hands are balled into fists and she seems to not be acknowledging the rest of her surroundings, it's probably not anywhere good]

[ he knows the look on her face, the single-mindedness of her procession through the camp so very well, because it's one he finds himself affecting all the time. he hasn't known her very long at all, but he's familiar with the rage she bears. when she passes by him now, he doesn't lay hands on her, doesn't physically try to stop her just yet—he merely says, voice clear and firm: ]

Oi. Lili.

[ he'll try one step at a time to get a read on her. ]

[well, she seems to be headed for the isolation cabin for the time being - but even when he speaks, she doesn't seem to acknowledge him. instead, she keeps walking forward.

he will probably have to physically try to get in her way in order to stop this small hurricane from moving.]

week 0, sunday

[it's a little while after execution - but lili eventually goes to find majima again, two mugs of tea brought along with her. she offers one out to him.]

Green tea with lemon.

Poison is a coward's way out, but I can have a sip first if you don't trust me.

[look, she'll be upfront about it]

[ he's not very hard to find; he's outside the snabin, sitting on the dirt with his back to the cabin wall. he's smoking, because it takes off some of the nerves; hopefully lili doesn't mind the smell of tobacco hanging over him as he looks up at her. ]

What, 'cause ya thought I'd have a sore throat after all t hat?

[ ... he's trying very hard to hide it, but yes, he is sounding a touch hoarse as he reaches for the cup. ]

And I need you slightly calmer to talk to have a conversation with you that isn't just screaming.

Which - don't get me wrong - I'm fine with that too, but I'm a bit tired today.

( week 1 ) thursday

[ after lili's been taken care of by whoever ended patching her up, majima comes over to visit, wherever she is before curfew hits. there's the constant furrow of concern on his face, yeah, but considering the circumstances, he can't really help it... ]

I'm not here to judge ya, if that's what yer worried about.

[he won't have to go too far, at least - she's hanging out by the bonfire outside, at least wrapped in a blanket rather than inside deer cabin. it seems that she refuses to truly rest

but also she's trying to dry off before curfew, so.]

We all wanted more answers, so I went to get some.

[ hello have a very disgruntled majima wandering over to wherever lili is hanging out today. ]

No offense, but I've seen canned walnuts with more emotional intelligence than yer boyfriend. Gettin' conversation outta the guy is like tryin' to talk to a brick wall.

I saw him at the pettin' zoo the other day, then noticed him carryin' around that chicken... so I tried talkin' to him about animals, but all he did was go "okay?" and "I don't get why you're trying to talk to me" and shit.

week 3, friday

[LILI'S GOING TO FIND MAJIMA I GUESS she's got tea. she always has tea on fridays. but she's also wearing one sweater that is far too big for her and then another jacket that is far too big for her on top of that.

it's whatever.]

Hey.

I heard you got caught in a mess yesterday.

[ it's sweater weather, apparently, because majima's got a purple camp parka on, too! he's shivering when lili comes up to him, and his teeth chatter as he speaks. ]

Honestly, I was surprised ya didn't come see the commotion for yerself. It always seems like everyone just happens to come outta the woodworks whenever a group of dumbasses finishes up snoopin' around...

she hands him a cup of tea]

Kara came out before you, so I had to take care of him first. [like. the honesty.]

week 4, friday

[well, lili's wearing a different dress today! will that become relevant? we're gonna fucking see, aren't we.

but she's going to wander up to majima.]

Hey.

There's something I'm going to do tomorrow that might require some muscle.

[ majima is going to be chillin at the arts and crafts cabin, sitting down and looking like he's about to start working on a postcard when lili walks in... he just gives her a questioning look. ]

Oh boy. What kinda nonsense are we talkin' about, now?

I'm going to do something reckless that might lead to a killer being outed, and I'm going to do it early. I'm going to harm myself, but there should be a matching mark on the person who killed Yin Yu.

When that happens, I ask you to be at the ready. Kara, Ash, Tonbokiri, and a few others are all aware...

But I also don't want us to focus too heavily on the first killer we find. So I want to make sure they're just watched and detained, so no harm comes to either of us.

[ AFTER THE SHENANIGANS BUT BEFORE CURFEW I GUESS majima comes over to lili with a wholeass giant thermos full of tea and holds it out to her. ]

loves a giant thermos full of tea. her eyes light up just a bit when it gets offered to her and she holds her arms out - too quickly and she winces.

week 5, post-everything sunday

[she'll go to find him at some point after uhhh everything, if only to check in

is this in the lounge? it can be, i guess]

[ yeah sure we can be in the lounge so majima can stare blankly at display case of booze as he nurses a glass of rum when lili comes in. he looks up and turns at the sound of her voice, making a motion to casually raise his glass to her but stopping as he reaches his arm out halfway. ]

Haw? Why're you actin' like yer scared of me all of a sudden?
