Ahh, "punkass" is more or less a filler word—kinda like when ya wanna double down on both stupidity and jackassery. "Bitch," on the other hand, is a tough one—it's all comes down to the context ya use it in. If your good friend calls you a bitch, they probably mean it endearingly! But if some fuckhead—or even someone who's tryin' to be your friend when that just ain't how yer relationship is—calls you one, that's when you start gettin' ready to throw hands.
